We are very grateful to PeopleSoft and the Duffield Family Foundation for turning our long-held dream of a new building into a reality. This indoor facility will be used to house elderly and fragile dogs in the winter months; temporarily house incoming dogs and puppies and will eventually include an isolation area for sick and recovering animals, office space, bathroom facilities and a visitor center.

This building still needs a lot of work, but soon PG&E will hook up the new electrical service and the dogs and puppies that need to be indoors will have cozy and warm new quarters!

The Mutt Hut is a long way from completion and we still need funds and donated materials and labor to complete our dream building. If you or your business can contribute, please help!
